SECTION 11 — AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

If you sign up for a subscription, you will be charged through the payment method you provide every 30 days, or at the delivery cadence of your choosing. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOU CANCEL. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date, your subscription will automatically renew and payment will be processed. SECTION 12 — SHIPMENTS & DELIVERY

We will arrange for shipment of products to you. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer of products to the carrier. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

SECTION 13 — REFUNDS & RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
Requests made after 30 days are not eligible and will not be approved
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
Product returns are not required and will not be accepted

SECTION 14 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and El3VN GROUP LLC agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of purchase by contacting us in writing at support@getjr1.com.

SECTION 17 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 19 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our order confirmation constitute the entire agreement between you and El3VN GROUP LLC.
