Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment to Accessibility

EL3VN GROUP LLC ("NeuroView") is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with visual impairments and other disabilities.

This commitment matters to us for a specific reason: many of our customers are managing changes in their vision. A website they cannot read is not a minor inconvenience — it is a barrier to the products and information they came for. We take that seriously.

Conformance Status

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

We are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of our content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We describe the known gaps below and we are actively working to close them.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, EL3VN GROUP LLC takes the following measures:

  • We treat accessibility as a requirement, not an optional improvement
  • We test our site using automated accessibility evaluation tools
  • We review new pages and features for accessibility before publishing
  • We prioritise fixes that affect our customers' ability to read, navigate, and complete a purchase
  • We respond directly to accessibility feedback from customers and act on it

Accessibility Features

Our website includes the following features:

  • Descriptive page titles on every page
  • Descriptive labels on all form fields
  • Colour is not used as the only means of conveying information
  • Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • The site can be navigated using a keyboard alone
  • Links describe their destination
  • No content flashes more than three times per second
  • We aim to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA colour contrast ratios throughout

Assistive Technology Support

Our website is built to work with:

  • Screen readers, including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack
  • Screen magnification software
  • Speech recognition software
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • High contrast display modes

If you use assistive technology and encounter a problem on our site, please tell us using the contact details below. Reports from customers are the fastest way for us to find and fix real barriers.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of our website are not yet fully accessible. We would rather tell you plainly than claim otherwise.

Known limitations on tryneuroview.com:

  • Alternative text. Some images do not yet have descriptive alternative text. We are working through our image library to correct this.
  • Third-party content. Parts of our site, including checkout, payment processing, and some marketing tools, are provided by third parties such as Shopify. We do not control their code. We monitor these integrations and raise accessibility issues with our providers, but we cannot guarantee their conformance.
  • PDF documents. Some downloadable documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers. If you need the contents of any document in an accessible format, contact us and we will provide it.
  • Video captions. Not all video content currently includes captions. We are adding them.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us. We will add it to this list and work on it.

If You Need Help

If any part of our website is difficult for you to use, you do not have to work around it on your own. Contact us and a person will help you directly.

We can:

  • Read product information, ingredients, or policies to you over the phone
  • Place, change, or cancel an order for you
  • Send you information in large print or another format you can use
  • Answer any question you would otherwise have to find on the website

Email: support@tryneuroview.com

You do not need to explain why you are asking.

Managing Your Subscription

If you have a subscription with us and find the online customer portal difficult to use, you can manage it by contacting us instead. We can delay your next order, skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, update your address, or cancel your subscription on your behalf.

We will not require you to use the website to do any of these things.

Email: support@tryneuroview.com Mail: EL3VN GROUP LLC, 33 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to tell you what we can do about it within 10 business days. If a fix will take longer, we will say so and give you a way to get what you need in the meantime.

Formal Complaints
