By purchasing a subscription product from NeuroView, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below.

Recurring Charges

When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel.

Frequency & Amount

You will be billed every 28, 58, or 88 days, depending on the plan you selected at checkout, at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Your billing frequency and amount are shown on your order confirmation and in your customer portal at any time.

Deadline to Cancel

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before a scheduled charge may not stop that charge from processing. The cancellation will take effect for all subsequent billing periods.

How to Cancel

Please include your full name and order number for faster processing.

We will not require you to call a live representative to cancel.

After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is processed:

  • No future recurring charges will be made
  • No additional shipments will be sent after the current billing cycle
  • You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund of charges already processed. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Changing Your Subscription Instead of Cancelling

If the timing or quantity no longer suits you, you can adjust your subscription instead of cancelling. From your customer portal you can:

  • Delay your next order by 2 or 4 weeks
  • Skip your next shipment
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Update your shipping address or payment method

Failed Payments

If a recurring charge fails, we will attempt to process the payment again over a period of several days and will contact you to update your payment information. Shipments may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. If payment cannot be recovered, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
