Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
• Requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
• Product returns are not required and not accepted

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 30-day window from the confirmed delivery date.

Non-Eligible Refunds

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• Refund requests submitted outside of the 30-day guarantee period
• Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the 30-day window
• Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled once the 30-day period has passed
• Requests made outside the stated policy terms

No exceptions are made beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Subscriptions

If your order includes a subscription, it is the customer's responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription within the 30-day guarantee period. Subscription renewals that occur after this window are not eligible for refunds.

JR1 offers products that can be purchased through a subscription, which will automatically renew unless canceled. If you sign up for a subscription, you will be charged through the payment method you provide every 30 days, or at the delivery cadence of your choosing. By submitting your initial order you accept and agree to the terms of the auto-renewal offer.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid a recurring charge you must cancel your subscription by the last day of your billing period. You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing information. Changes to billing information can be made through the customer portal or by contacting our support team.
